About us

Bodyline wellness is an online platform connecting qualified therapists with customers. The therapists we introduced here are personally vetted to ensure they are fully certified in their area of practice. Using the services of a non qualified person not only puts you at a considerably higher risk of injury, but it also makes it extremely difficult to receive compensation for injuries you sustained because of the non qualified person’s neglect. We place safety and trust first, for both our customers and therapists.

Your booking request processing

Submitted booking request form.

Your booking request doesn’t mean your booking is confirmed till you get another e-mail or mobile phone text for further processing. Also your booking request can not be guaranteed till it matches a therapist as your requirement. Please make a booking time at least two hours in advance.

Our services are provided to the best of our ability, and we rely on technical issues, employees, contractors, vehicles, weather or traffic conditions, as well as the information and facts you provide.

Confirm appointment by e-mail or mobile phone text and payment.

Payment is required at the time of booking. Once you confirmed your appointment detail we will send tax invoice to your e-mail to finalize the payment. We accept Visa, Master and debit card.

A travel fee will apply A$20 if you would like to get mobile service. In areas with limited street parking the therapist may have no alternative but to use pay parking to attend your appointment. You will be charged for the parking fee.

Provided service as your appointment.

We will make all reasonable efforts to complete the agreed service within the time estimate that we agreed upon. If a therapist cannot attend a booking due to sick, unwell or unexpected situations, we will make every effort to find a replacement therapist or will be fully refunded. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered because of any unavoidable or reasonable delay in completion due to unforeseeable reasons.

Cancellations and refund policy

If 8 hours or more notice is given, then you are entitled to a full refund or credit for a future booking.

If less than 8 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value will be charged and the balance will be refunded.

Ensure your appointment time. Arriving late may result in shorter treatment time. If you are running late more than 20 minutes, your booking will be considered as a no show and our cancellation and refund policy will apply.

No shows or no-notice cancellations will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

No refunds on services that have already been experienced.

Attempts to chargeback a service already experienced will be considered as fraudulent activity and you may be reported to the authorities and will result in a A$200 fee plus the amount that you attempted to chargeback.

Your health conditions

It is the customers responsibility to disclose all medical history to ensure customer safety. In accordance with the scope of practice of a therapist as well as adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements it is not the role of the therapist to diagnose injury or illness, or prescribe medication.

Please inform us at the booking request form of any medical conditions that your therapist needs to be aware of, including:

-Heart conditions, High/low blood pressure, Blood clots, Stroke, Diabetes

-Headaches or migraines

-Cancer/tumours

-Allergies, Skin disorders(Our therapists are not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent has been given for the respective treatment or allergies were not declared.)

-Pregnancy and trimester 

-Muscle or joint pain, Muscle/bone injuries,  Arthritis, Numbness, Tingling

-Fatigue, Depression

-Chronic pain

–Current injury or recent surgery

-Current medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen etc

In case of contagious illnesses, the treatment session will be rescheduled. This information will enable us to provide the most appropriate treatments for you.

Terms of Use

Bodyline wellness have the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in its discretion, if we judge a customer is harmful to our interests or the interest of our therapists, other persons or entities.

Zero tolerance for disrespectful, inconsiderate, aggressive word, behavior or text.

Our therapists may refuse treatments to any client deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund.

If you would like to get mobile service ensure that pets and small children will be kept away from all products and equipment to prevent accident or injury.
